Walk with us on Ben Nevis

Walking on Ben Nevis.jpg

Mountains for the Mind is heading for the roof of Britain next month, with a free guided walk up Ben Nevis on Saturday October 26th.

Following the success of our first group walk in August, when around 30 members of our wonderful Mountains for the Mind community joined us on Skiddaw in the Lake District, we’re organising a second event on Britain’s highest mountain.

The fantastic team from Black Dog Outdoors will again be leading the walk up the Mountain Track from Glen Nevis – the most popular walker’s route to the 1345 summit of Ben Nevis. There will be mountain leaders and mental health first aiders on hand to make sure everything runs safely and smoothly.

We’d love to see as many of you there as possible, but the walk will be limited to a maximum of 40 people so if you are interested please stick the date in your diary and register your interest with Black Dog Outdoors as early as possible.

Official sign-up for the event doesn’t start until September 30th, but please get in touch before then if you have any questions.

Hopefully we’ll see you in sunny Scotland!
